Stefanee & Ted Chalfant
Ted and Stefanee Chalfant founded Little Lambs Foundation for Kids in July 2014 with the hope of helping children right in their own community. They currently call Nibley, Utah their home and they have three children. They love giving back to their community through service and believe life is all about being good and doing good for others. They find great importance in family, friends, and giving back to the community. 
Tiffany Chalfant
Director & Content Creator
Tiffany graduated from Utah State University with a Bachelor's in Professional and Technical Writing and a minor in Multimedia Development. Shortly after graduation, she was accepted into the Instructional Technology and Learning Sciences Master of Arts Program. She graduated in Spring 2021 and currently creates online training for the National Institute for Jail Operations. Tiffany enjoys baking, hiking, traveling and spending time with her family. 
Gay Moss
Director & Book Keeper

Gay Moss comes to Little Lambs with extensive leadership experience. She has served as President for the Sacramento and Bakersfield chapters of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC), two years as a National Director and Chapter President of CREW Sacramento & CREW Network (Commercial Real Estate Women), and eight years as coordinator for a "Family to Family" community service program annual event. She serves as both Board Member and Book Keeper for Little Lambs Foundation for Kids.
Shauna Thorpe
Director & Event Specialist

Shauna Thorpe, Salt Lake native, wears many hats. She is a Business Owner of IVC Services, Activities Coordinator at Maple Springs Assisted Living in Cache Valley, volunteer, and member of 100 Cache Valley Women who care. She and her husband Brad Thorpe have 4 children and 2 grandchildren. She loves reading, travel, interior design, hiking, and being with her family.
Kylie Johnson
Director & Volunteer Coordinator

Kylie Johnson is a recent graduate of Utah State University in Communication Studies and Business Management. She is the second of four children and grew up in Las Vegas, Nevada. She enjoys reading, design, Irish dance, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. Little Lambs has been the perfect fit for her, as she loves children and being involved with community service.

Shelly Nazer
Director & Fundraising Specialist

Shelly is an active volunteer in the community with a background in pediatric and emergency medicine. She grew up in Salt Lake City and has called many places home including Texas and Oregon. Shelly is a former foster youth who truly knows the value of the service Little Lambs provides. She cherishes time with family from lazy weekends to traveling or catching a theater show.

Ronnette Fancher Anderson

Ronnette has always been an active volunteering when and where possible with the community. She has served on the Logan City Parking Board, on the Board of Directors for the Cache Humane Society, and is always  trying  to donate time, knowhow, and resources to as many local charitable groups as she can through her businesses. While Ronnette’s strengths stand out in purchasing and advertisement marketing with her businesses Logan Extermination and Anderson’s Seed & Garden, she is always willing to share that knowledge with others; Through these skills she hopes to help the Little Lambs foundation. Ronnette is a Mother of 4 and Married 28 years. She enjoys the company of her 2 dogs, landscape photography, music, riding her motorcycle, working in her yard,  traveling and relaxing on the beach.
